We are a second generation, family owned and operated business. We are a Federally Inspected Plant, (Est.# 525) and HACCP Recognized. In response to increasing demand and the success of our 13 years of un-compromised quality, we expanded our production, coolers and freezing facilities by four times in 2006, which brought our production capacity and capabilities to a national level of service.

Our Peameal Bacon recipe is over 30 years old and has never been altered from the original recipe and specification. This produces a traditional, mild Peameal Bacon with a taste and texture that is sought after! The finest benefit from our Peameal Bacon is low shrink, (hence, efficient food cost), low sodium, highest protein (from any Federal plant), lowest cholesterol and the lowest levels of fat in the industry.

Ground, diced and strips - proteins - Our custom grinding, cubing and strip business is not a sideline or by-product of another focus. We are experts. We source to our customers specification from domestic or global suppliy and have the efficiencies of high volume to benefit our customers business. We will provide a "Letter of Guarantee" to qualify and commit ourselves to the product specification with detailed documents, microbiological reports and e-coli micro analysis for customer product quality and food safety assurance programs, and for CFIA/HACCP reference.
